>> PARTY | Austin's Very Own: Soul Train Edition
AVO: Austin's Very Own is an event series that's part art show, part music showcase and – this time – all soul. To stay true to the vibrant freedom you helped us celebrate at our first AVO, we’re pulling inspiration from Soul Train.
We're partnering with vurv (an interactive media arts collective) to create an immersive dance floor experience to celebrate the spirit of the night. We also have more surprises up our sequined sleeves.
A portion of proceeds benefits our nonprofit partner, Latinitas Austin – an organization that empowers young Latinas using media and technology.
So put on your dancing shoes, bring your crew, and come get down with us!
